About
Lavinia is a graduate student at University of North Texas, in the Department of Mathematics. Originally from Bucharest, Romania, she received her BS in Mathematics with a degree thesis entitled “Applied Mathematics in Artificial Neural Networks”. During her undergraduate studies she took part in several international Erasmus+ youth exchange projects across Europe in countries like Italy, Cyprus and Netherlands. She worked for two years as a PL/SQL Developer at Accenture, Romania and she has more than 5 years experience as a math tutor for middle-school and high-school youths. Now she is using her teaching skills and programming experience to help other graduate students with their projects.
